I wanted to give you all a quick heads up about an event taking place tomorrow on Goodman that may slow down access in and out of the neighborhood. The home that was listed for sale last week (8412
Goodman) is having an event tomorrow from 12-3pm. The Realtor hosting is expecting 80 people, plus vendors. I reminded him of our single lane road and the neighborhood deer who have right of way
😊 So he chartered a van; his guests will be parking at Crescent Creek Park and shuttling to the home/event venue starting at 10:30am in the morning until well after 3pm, but he is expecting vendors
for the event to start showing up earlier and taking up street parking outside of the home.
This is not my event,
but as your neighbor, friend and Goodman Realtor, I thought it would be helpful to pass along the information so you can plan ahead for tomorrow.
If you have appointments, commutes, getting kids from school bus or deliveries scheduled, you may want to allow a few minutes.
